How does the consultation work in my country?
For Australia, consultations are virtual by phone or Google Meet and currently run for 45 minutes.
How much does a sapphire engagement ring cost?
Our current local engagement ring collection starts from $4,100 AUD. The exact price depends on the individual sapphire, metal and design. We’ll confirm current options and pricing in your consultation.
Can I choose between a natural and lab-grown sapphire?
Yes. We offer both. We’ll explain origin, treatments, appearance and price differences clearly so you can choose the option that best fits your values and budget.
Is sapphire durable enough for an engagement ring?
Yes. Sapphire measures 9/10 on the Mohs scale and is widely chosen for engagement rings designed for everyday wear. Like all fine jewellery, it still benefits from sensible care and regular checks.
What if I do not know the ring size?
That is common, especially for surprise proposals. We can help you estimate discreetly. One complimentary resize is available within 60 days, subject to the ring design, location and policy terms.
How long does the ring take?
A fully paid collection order takes approximately four weeks to complete, followed by around 3–5 working days in transit. Custom design, approvals, payment timing and specific dates can change the schedule, so tell us your proposal date early.
What happens if I need a return or repair?
Eligible collection pieces have a qualified 50-day return or exchange window; custom pieces are exchange-only and conditions apply. Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects, not normal wear, accidental damage or gemstone loss. Please review the linked policies before purchase.
